Weight Loss Diet – Lose 20 lbs in 14 days – Menu, Tips and Reviews

I present you a diet that can help you lose up to 20 pounds in just two weeks without the yo-yo effect.

We didn’t try it personally because we are the advocates of eating healthy and balanced meals, EVERY DAY!

But for those of you who are looking for a way to lose a few pounds quickly, here are the rules of “20 pounds in 2 week” diet:

DAY #1

Breakfast: coffee without sugar
Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, spinach with small amount of salt
Dinner: 3 pieces of beef, grilled meat, green salad and fresh celery

DAY #2

Breakfast: coffee without sugar and pastries
Lunch: one large piece of meat, lettuce and fruit
Dinner: cooked ham

DAY #3

Breakfast: coffee without sugar and pastries
Lunch: two boiled eggs, lettuce and tomatoes
Dinner: cooked ham, lettuce

DAY #4

Breakfast: coffee without sugar and pastries
Lunch: one boiled egg, fresh carrots and cheese
Dinner: fruit and yogurt

DAY #5

Breakfast: carrot with lemon and coffee
Lunch: cooked fish and tomatoes
Dinner: one piece of grilled meat, lettuce

DAY #6

Breakfast: tea with lemon
Lunch: grilled chicken
Dinner: two boiled eggs and fresh carrots

DAY #7

Breakfast: tea with lemon
Lunch: roasted meat, fruits
Dinner: whatever you want


Alcohol is strictly prohibited during the diet, coffee should be sugar-free and the salad can be seasoned only with lemon juice.

If food amount is not mentioned above, it means that you can eat as much as you want.

Repeat this meal plan during the second week of the diet.

You shouldn’t take this diet if you have health or digestive problems. 

It’s important to mention that this “fast weight loss diet” unfortunately doesn’t have a guaranteed effect. Everyone has different metabolism levels and every body will react differently.

It’s even possible that your organism might resists this eating regimen and create digestive problems such as soft stool, diarrhea, vomiting, constant hunger, headache.

It would be a good idea to consult your doctor prior to taking this diet. Doctors generally do not support this type of dieting, especially not if you are about to suddenly switch to a strict eating diet. Therefore, do not expect a whole lot of support.

Here are some useful tips about this diet:

  • Drink at least 2 litters of water daily. The intake of food can be reduced, but you must pay attention to the hydration of the organism.
  • You can eat fruits and vegetables in unlimited quantities – or eat them between meals
  • Make sure that the steak is about 250 grams, you can spice it at will, but make sure it is not too salty or spicy.
  • Along with the diet, take vitamin supplements in form of capsules
  • During the diet you should exercise daily. Sweating will help you get rid of toxins from the body and ultimately melt fat.
  • Do not starve to comply with the rules. When you experience hunger, you must eat something, but beware that it is not a bakery product or something unhealthy.
  • If you are hungry don’t starve, eat something healthy. Just make sure it’s not sugar or processed food. You can eat vegetables and fruits in unlimited quantities.

If after 2 weeks you haven’t achieved the desired results – simply wait for two weeks and then repeat it once again. Follow this rule strictly, in order to avoid any unwanted consequences.
